Barack Obama is the new president of the United States of America. The first African-American candidate wins the White House in a triumphant, winning from East to West, from the Rockies to the Appalachians, wins Republican states decisive with a shock wave that redesigns of blue, the color of the Democrats, the U.S. electoral map.
"Dear Obama, your victory may be dreaming of a better world." Nelson Mandela expressed his congratulations to the new president of the United States in these words:
