The appointment is the result of happy marriage two occasions to meet: the presentation of the book "Andi & Rivieni" and a guided tasting of Cooperative Ditri extra virgin olive oils, olive oil from Umbria historical reality.
For the occasion there will be a preview of the "Moro di Trevi", the latest from the oils produced by the Cooperative: A single variety of Moraiolo, which advertises itself as a product of particular quality.
The unusual venue is the Library of the Ministry of Agriculture, a place little known to the public, which can be visited. Here are collected curiosities and rarities in the history of Italian agriculture.
